InMon Launches New Client Support Portal Features
San Francisco, CA - InMon Corporation (www.inmon.com), a developer of traffic monitoring solutions for high-speed switched networks, has added ecommerce and other new features to their already extensive Customer Support Portal, which launched last year. InMon’s resellers and customers from around the world use the Portal to quickly and easily gain access to customer and technical support 24 hours a day.
The new features that have been introduced are designed to allow InMon to provide similar support to those purchasing their latest traffic monitoring software product, sFlowTrend-Pro. Some of the key new features include ecommerce and software license renewal. Other features of the Portal include access to software downloads, existing license information, discussion forums and the ability to submit and track support requests.
InMon is pioneering the use of statistical sampling to develop scalable and cost effective solutions for network wide traffic monitoring, analysis, and reporting and has multiple patents pending in this field.
